Our client, based in Uxbridge, is the leading UK call centre. Due to their growth and outstanding performance they have won the contract to supply their services to the most well known IT company.

They are currently recruiting a Bilingual Telemarketing Team Manager / Call Centre Team Leader to manage a team of 5-6 telemarketers. You will be responsible for setting the targets, motivating the team, inducting new staff, dealing with HR issues and liaising with the client.

Ideal Telemarketing Team Manager / Call Centre Team Leader candidates need to speak FRENCH, ITALIAN or SPANISH and have previous team management or project management experience, preferably in the IT market. You need to be target driven and a good communicator.
