Formed in 1978 and is one of the Country's largest Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Consultancy Practices. We specialise in bespoke building services engineering solutions to a wide range of market sectors including healthcare, education, research, heritage, local government, pharmaceutical and commercial clients.
All teams are lead by a Director and have between 9 and 18 team members, made up from both Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. The Practice is a market leader in the use of information technology for the benefits of its Clients, using the latest industry software. The Practice invests significant sums each year to ensure that the IT hardware is capable of supporting a business committed to the highest levels of Client satisfaction.

The rationalisation and modernization of various
college sites with construction of a new
environmentally conscious 10,750m2 building on
the existing industrial Abbey Park site. The new
bespoke building is designed around the specific
