Telemarketing Manager (Programme Manager)
Based in West London (Metropolitan & Piccadilly Line)
£25 - £30K + 20% Bonus

Our client is a large outsourced contact centre specialising in the IT and Telecoms market on a business to business basis.

With many offices in Europe and America they are expanding quickly with new clients that are pioneers in their industry.

Due to winning a new contract with a global software leader, our client is looking for 3 Telemarketing Managers to manage up to 10 Telemarketers each.

Your role will involve managing the team to hit the companies and the clients KPI's, getting involved in the recruitment and training of your staff, together with running incentives and mentoring.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in managing a team of telemarketers in the IT Industry to get a fantastic name on your CV along with excellent accreditation's that will last you forever!

Candidates that speak a Nordic language are preferable however, they are also looking for an Italian speaker as well as a Manager that speaks English also.
