Spanish and/ or Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive

Location: Nottinghamshire

Our client, a large international company is currently seeking to recruit Spanish and/ or Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive

for their offices in Nottinghamshire.

Job Role

This is a fluent in English and either Spanish and/or Italian speaking role requiring the job holder to:
• process orders and deal with order-related enquires from European customers by phone, fax and email in an accurate, organised and timely way
• provide high standards of personal service to our customers, consistently and conscientiously
• go the extra mile for our customers when needed, without being told to do so

The Candidate:

This role requires an effective team-worker with:
• Fluent English and business Spanish and/or Italian (written and oral)
• Competent IT skills (SAP knowledge an advantage)
• Good organizational ability
• People, communication and customer service skills
• High standards of accuracy and personal service

Additional Info

Salary: £19k
Other benefits: 8% pension, 6% bonus, 25 days holiday
