German Order processing & Order-book management
Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in line with current policies and procedures.
Proactive Conversion of order-book to maximise on-time invoicing.
Minimise back order position.
Weekly projection of invoice/conversion of 'owned' order-book.
Ongoing housekeeping to ensure a 'valid' order-book.
Pro-active management of Locker Stock orders & Reservation call-offs where applicable in line with Market policy.
Manage samples/pre-lines orders/shipments to customers when necessary, and oversee any returns.

Essentials & Desirables:

2 years account management experience
Fluency in German
