German Customer Care Representatives - Home Working

Based: Your own Home (Central Belt of Scotland)
Hours: Full time up to 37.5 hours per week
Operational hours: 7am - 8pm - 7 days per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible

Salary: £ 6.86 per hour (equivalent of £13,377 gross per annum) plus bonus opportunity and benefits

Our client has a base in the city centre of Glasgow and have opportunities to expand the operation to working from home. This project means that under the remote supervision of a Team Leader, you will handle Customer Care contacts from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and German.
A private, quiet office space at home (inaccessible to family during working hours)
Your own desk & chair
Broadband connection, 2nd telephone line and monitor (cost reimbursed if installation of a 2nd line is required).
Preferably reside in the central belt of Scotland.
Initial training in Glasgow City Centre for 6 weeks paid at normal hourly rate.

Qualities:

Ability to work well using self motivation and without on site supervision
Good organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic PC trouble shooting proficiency
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Good keyboard skills
Customer service experience - advantageous

Training:

A 6 week training programme will be conducted on site in Glasgow city centre.
