My client is a successful IT company with offices worldwide and is currently recruiting for a Sanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their office in West Lothians.

The Role:
You will be responsible for providing support product support by phone and e-mail. Conduct thorough analysis of customer problems and answer customer questions will be one of your daily tasks. You will proactively and accurately document cases, and serve as central customer contact.

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:
-You will be fluent to native level in German as well as English
-Very good customer service skills by responding promptly to customer needs and by meeting commitments as well as first class problem solving skills
-Good knowledge of the different Windows OS and troubleshooting.

Salary/Additional Information:
