Job Description
To provides support for both Customers and Business Partners in all European languages for IBM, through the expertise and professionalism of a truly multinational team

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for customers and business accounts from order processing through to invoicing, dealing with any queries through to resolution whilst maintaining good customer relations

Experience

Previous experience of working with customers or in a Contact Centre would be a distinct advantage as well as demonstrates communication and listening skills backed with a confident, professional telephone manner.

Skills Required

We require applications from candidates who are fluent Dutch (written and spoken) as well as English. Applicants will have Microsoft Office skills plus a basic knowledge of purchasing principles, SAP or some exposure in accounts, order entry or administration environment would be desirable though not essential.
