Our client based in Thame is one of the UK leading outsourced call centre. Established in 1986 my client is owned by the world's largest marketing communications group. This corporate business operates globally and specialises in ensuring that customers are contacted in the right place, at the right time, via the most appropriate channels.

Due to their constant growth they are now recruiting 3 Customer Service Team Leaders to join them. You will be managing a team of 6 customer service agents. Your role will involve supervising, motivating the team, doing calls quality checks, dealing with queries and liaising with the management team.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in managing a team of people in any industry. You will be team focused as well as having excellent customer service skills.
