French spkg Software & Networking Technical Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support of product range, associated third-party products, and support of the people who benefit from their use. This role is based predominantly in the office in the UK, there will be travel involved (up to 10%) although initial training will be undertaken abroad.

You will be fluent in English and French.
Technical skills required in the area of PC/Network Computing will include experience of supporting Windows/SQL Server and ideally a good understanding of hardware.
An awareness of Citrix systems would be an advantage.
With a genuine commitment to customer focus, you will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Working in a small team responsibilities will include all aspects of remote technical support to the customers, business units and distributors.
The individual is expected to be first and foremost a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to our customers.
Significant in-depth technical knowledge of the product from the hardware on which it runs through to the use of the applications software is essential and it is expected that the individual will be self motivated enough to maintain and update this knowledge.
