Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager

£25,000 Basic plus OTE 10% + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a IT and Telecoms specialist who offer a wide range of data technologies, global data management, international research, telephone marketing and telesales services to world leading clients.

The Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will be in charge of monitoring and motivating a team of there own of about 10-15 telesales/telemarketing staff. The Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will produce reports on KPI'S, set daily/weekly targets, individual coaching and 121's.

Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will have experience in IT sales, being a team leader within a targeted environment and come from a technical background.
