You must have:

• Exceptional spoken and written English, Italian and Spanish
• Knowledge of computer software
• A high level of technical knowledge/helpdesk experience
• Excellent customer service skills

Your job will involve:

• Providing technical support via fax, e-mail, telephone and mail
• Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines
• Solving customers’ technical queries in an efficient and polite manner
