Spanish Speaking Reservations Support Advisor

My client is a leading provider of travel services. Due to rapid expansion they are looking for Spanish Speaking Reservations Support Advisor to be based in Barnoldswick.

Job Purpose

To ensure all customers receive a quality after sales telephone service (including “walkouts”), to enhance our relationship with our brands and meet agreed business needs.
To ensure all owners receive a quality telephone admin service and we enhance our reputation with them.
To promote an efficient, professional service to Owners to maximise Owner retention.
To ensure overseas agents, overseas customers reaching us through Cendant partnerships receive an excellent service.
To complete all Sales / Customer and Owner administration effectively (e.g. late booking requests / on request).
To ensure we operate all of the above efficiently in terms of outbound calling, call length and e-mail / online bookings, correspondence and administration tasks

KEY TASKS

Plan your daily Admin tasks with your Manager
Tasks are completed on time and as requested
Deliver improved performance
Meet performance targets
Correct use of trained techniques including appropriate scripting
Ensure annual targets are agreed and met
Ensure you Manage time keeping and Admin tasks to meet requirements of call patterns and minimise its effect on service levels
Ensure Overseas / Online enquiries and are managed effectively
Ensure all correspondence / admin is actioned and passed out of the Department in a timely fashion
Create quality standards for Service Department
Offering an excellent quality service to internal as well as external customers
Improve call quality / accuracy and admin performance
Multiskilling
Training, coaching and mentoring
Ensure we communicate information timely, correctly and effectively
Seek self development

Salary: £13500
