French Content Administrator

My client is a leading provider of travel services. Due to rapid expansion they are looking for French Content Administrator to be based in Barnoldswick.


ROLE PURPOSE

To set up and continually maintain all product details and any other relevant software (within brand rules and set timeframes) ensuring is accurate and up to date at all times.

To provide sufficient support to the Content Management Team Leader enabling the production of brochures to scheduled deadlines with a minimum error rate of 1%, being aware of cost implications ensuring minimum proofing cycles are required.

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Load new properties on to the system (production system)
Proof new properties to ensure accuracy before mailing out all relevant documentation to new owners
Contact owners to chase for written approval of their entries within appropriate timeframes
Contact Owners and Regional Managers for missing or inaccurate data and outstanding image
Action amendments to property descriptions on the system daily
Using a list produced from the system, check that all properties are in the brochure and in the correct areas
Check and approve all brochure pages against original documentation to produce a brochure that meets the print deadline and which has a minimum error rate
Proof read amendments made to internet data
Log re-registration documents on to the system (production system) daily
Amend and proof read these documents before final proofs are sent to the owners for approval
Contact Regional Managers and owners for outstanding images
To provide on the job training to new recruits and temporary staff
To provide administrative support to the Content Management Team Leader
To organise and execute individual brochure productions
Invoice and process payments
To understand the source of the data feed to the web sites


SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

General office experience desirable
Accuracy/Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Flexible
Able to prioritise and manage own work load
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

Salary: £13500
