Dutch Speaking Call Centre - Customer Services Adviser x2
£17,500 Basic plus bonus
Based in Slough
My client has been established for over 70 years and has come from a small carpenter's workshop to a modern, global enterprise that is now, in terms of sales, the world's sixth largest manufacturer of toys. The head office is based in Denmark and has offices all over the world with their products being sold in more than 130 countries.
The role will be dealing with any customer services issues that customers have which can be in English or Dutch. This will be done through telephone based inbound calls or email. You will be required to resolve any issues and give 100% customer service satisfaction.
To apply you must speak fluent in both written and spoken Dutch. You will come from a customer focused background or want a career in this area. They look reliable full of life and someone who likes working in a fun packed environment.
