Role: You will be responsible to manage the Credit Controller team for Dutch speaker countries. Your responsibilities include the supervision of collections, monitor staff and handle any escalated queries. Liaise with internal and in-country departments. However most important of all you will coach and develop your team by setting weekly meetings and setting personal targets

Skills: You have a proven track record in both collections and people management, you are a coach, have the ability to multitask and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will has knowledge of SAP and has a near native level of both Dutch and English.
