Our client, based in Reading centre, is a a recruitment company selling a high quality service to a range of blue chip accounts within the IT industry.

Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve a mixture of telephone and field work. You will be responsible for generating new business, searching for candidates and matching them to available jobs. And if it is a nice day and you get bored with being in the office you can always go out and visit your prospect or existing clients.

As it is a trainee role NO experience is necessary, you just need to have a can do attitude as they will make you the best salesperson ever.
