Qualifications:
* Experience of working in a help-desk environment & a general knowledge of IT is highly desirable
* Candidates are required to demonstrate outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Strong attention to detail, verbal and written skills
* Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure & work in a concise, clear & focused manner are necessary
* Fluency in at least one of the following languages required: Japanese, Italian, German, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
