European Sales Executive, £23,000 – £33,000, Tyne and Wear
Company
Leading UK producer with offices in the North East
Role
The European Sales Executive will be responsible for implementing our sales growth strategy within Europe. This will include analysis and identification of opportunities and maximization of those sales opportunities through the appointment and maintenance of distributor networks. This will require an enthusiastic sales professional to raise the company profile in these markets.
The role will be based in the North east but there will be a need for regular travel to the relevant export markets as required.
The Export Sales Executive will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key tasks for the role include:-
Analysis of market opportunities in export territories
Identify suitable market strategy in those regions
Appointment and maintenance of distributor networks
Provision of marketing support and information to promote the brand
Provision of technical and commercial support to distributor and customers
Contribute to product development needs and product pricing strategy discussions for the export markets.
Profile
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A good understanding of science and/or engineering would be ideal
Strong communicator with experience of working with distributors and new sales channels
Self-motivated
Fluent in French – with any additional language skills being of benefit
IT literate
Package
£23,000 – £33,000 + commissions
Relocation package on an individual basis
