Multi-Lingual Business Development Agent

Our client is an international company specialising in IT Telemarketing looking for a Business Development Agent.

Languages: Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Dutch and Swedish


Location: Bournemouth

Business Development Agent's role involves outbound specialist IT telemarketing and delivering complex telemarketing solutions on behalf of UK & International IT Corporate organisations.

The Role:

Below is an outline of the main duties that you will be expected to perform:

• 9-5 telephone work (business to business calling)
• Conversing at high levels with potential clients or customers
• Preparing comprehensive reports for our clients
• General enthusiasm for IT on the telephone
• Participate in training sessions and have a willingness to learn
• Communicate new ideas and concepts to high level IT management
• Achieve targets and objectives set by campaign managers

Qualifications

• Education to A-level standard, including GCSE Maths and English
• IT or Business related degree
• Computer Literate (preferably experience in Microsoft Access)


Have some basic knowledge of technological terms such as LAN and WAN.

Outbound telephone experience is desired but not essential

Salary: £18000 BASIC plus BONUSES & INCENTIVES WHEN ON TARGET.
£14000 BASIC WHEN UNDER TARGET
