Our client is a leading online retailer of specialist equipment to the UK, Ireland, German, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and The Netherlands. They are the only company in their segment and have successfully grown from inception to posting sales in excess of €5m per year.
They have had success in the Swedish market through their UK site and now wish to localize their services for the Swedish market so they can support their customers and increase their sales in this market.
Role:
A new positions exist for a Swedish Country Manager to join their London based team. Country Managers are responsible for managing their online sales and support for the Scandinavian market. This involves
Translating the website (Swedish) and testing the site for quality of translation
Ensuring the buyers guides are up to date and all information regarding current stock is correct
Marketing support; ensuring the Swedish site is being marketed and targeting correct audience. Work with Marketing manager to identify and track marketing initiatives, assess return on investment, track sales and monitor growth in popularity of site.
Build partner channel; contacting industry professionals to introduce the service and make them aware of their services.
Live Chat; support email requirements on product related queries from customers.
Phone calls; answer phone queries regarding availability of product, price or other information.
Sales; monitor sales by volume and revenue seeing the sales, marketing and customer support success through increased sales.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent Swedish and English. To speak Danish will be an advantage. In addition you will need solid customer service, sales support and marketing skills to allow you to monitor and grow your sales in the Swedish market.
