We are urgently seeking candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to speak dual English - Dutch to join a call centre based in Dover.

You will be liaising with customers in both English and Dutch over the telephone and also by email; you will be making new bookings, amending existing ones and dealing with general public enquiries.
You must have the ability to "up sell" products, work well as part of a team, and on occasion provide front of house cover at reception.
You will be bright, confident and motivated someone who enjoys working to targets and have excellent communication skills.
Previous call centre experience is desirable, and you will ideally be educated to GCSE standard Maths and English.
The hours will be 37.5 hours Monday to Saturday. Excellent staff benefits included.
