Order Entry Administrator / Order Management Rep (German)

Our Cork office is the operational backbone of Red Hat's EMEA operations. From here our Order Management team oversee the transactional processes for the region, and as part of our on-going expansion we urgently need an additional team member. Working as an Order Management Administrator you will need to demonstrate strong administration skills, a fluency in German, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities

•Data Entry of channel orders from over 30 distributors within EMEA in a high volume order environment
•Triage of all channel orders received with incomplete information – involves email interaction with our customers, sales and customer service
•Fulfillment of all channel orders within a 24 hour turnaround.
•Will deal with distributor queries on boxed product, Ret Hat Network, order inquiries and order problems and frequently provides an immediate resolution to the customers' problem. Continually interacts with customers, customer service and sales persons prior to and/or after sale.
•Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
•Must work in a SOX compliant fashion

Requirements

•High level of data entry accuracy and speed
•Fluent English and German. Additional skills with French would be an advantage, but are not essential
•Good communication skills /Team player
•2 years + experience in a data entry / Order management environment with good systems experience – preferably Oracle
