Based in the centre of Watford, Hertfordshire 5 minutes walk from the
mainline station, you will be joinging a multilingual team within an
international IT environment resolving customers problems concerning the
use, installation or upgrade of FSNET products via phone, email and
occasionally on customers site. To do this you will have to be bilingual in
German and English (fluency in Dutch or another European language a plus!)
have an Engineering degree or one in Applied Computer Science or have
networking industry course verification, 2 years as a FSNET associate
customer support engineer, excellent communication skills and a positive
approach to your work. Certificate Network++ or CCNA or CCNP would be
adventageous - will train an eager learner!
