Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, 5 minutes walk from the mainline station.
This is a 12 month maternity cover for an expanding international company.
We would like someone to start at the beginning of November for a handover period of 2 weeks. It is a varied role including supporting the General Manage - making travel arrangements and managing the office of 5 in her absence.

In addition you will be managing the logistics process including the UK distributer, being involved in order forecasting and translation of presentations.
To do this you will have to be fluent in French and English with a sound administrative background ideally including some order processing, analytical and managing people experience.

We are looking for someone who is organised and efficient, assertive when necessary, who can remain calm in a very busy environment and is straight-forward and confident in their abilities. Your IT skills should be at an intermediate/advanced level, especially Excel.
