Based in Bedford, Bedfordshire, you will be working for a global company in their multilingual Customer service team taking inbound calls from customers and medical personnel regarding women’s health products and sensitive issues regarding pregnancy, fertility and contraception in a calm, helpful and empathetic way. The yours are 7am to 1pm. To do this you will need to be fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian and Danish and excellent English, have some office or customer service experience, be confident on the telephone, be a real team player with plenty of common sense and initiative and be IT literate. Experience in a medical environment a plus!!
