Job Description
IT Help Desk Analyst/Fluent Dutch and French or German or Italian or Spanish You will be working for a multi-national pharmaceutical company at their prestigious premises in Chester
You will speak FLUENT English, Dutch and one of the languages above and use your languages extensively in your role as IT Help Desk Analyst supporting MS Office software .
Have good levels of IT literacy
Have customer service experience and telephone manner
Have the ability to work in a team environment.
Have analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
You will receive full IT training and benefit from a superb work environment
