I am currently looking for a SAP HR ESS/MSS Consultant with the following:

Solution Architect
Defining the solution and guiding the functional/technical/realisation of the HR shared service implementation project
Key responsibilities:
1.Taking to Business users
2.Collecting the business requirement
3.Participating in the blueprint discussion
4.Defining the design (functional/technical)
5.Executing the design and guide the team

There will not be any direct reporting team but he will play as an SPOC for TCS defined solution.

Expert is SAP HR/Payroll (UK)

Experience in SAP MSS

Expert in SAP EIC

Good communication and client management skills

Strong communication, functional, relationship building skills.
Team worker and leadership.
Intellectual curiosity (thought leadership)
Self starter and ambitious
Global horizon / multi-cultural
