Customer Service Advisor Multi lingual Customer Support Team
Teleperformance, the UKs leading outsourced contact centre provider, have current vacancies for talented multi lingual individuals to join our Customer Support Team as Customer Service Advisors. Based in Swindon, our Customer Service Advisors provide a first class Customer Support inbound helpline for a global market leading IT hardware corporation. Starting salary £16,500
We have 3 roles with fluency in different language combinations required:
Role a) Fluency in English & German and one of the following: Italian, French, & Spanish
Role b) Fluency in English & two of the following: German, Italian, French, & Spanish.
Role c) Fluency in English & Italian & Polish
The Role of a Customer Service Advisor
The main purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide excellent Customer Service and support via phone, e-mail and online interactive support. The role involves being the initial point of contact for customers, responding to and resolving product support enquiries including logistics, returns, marketing and low level technical support. The team also handle warranty requests and replacements on behalf of our clients business customers. This is a varied and challenging role and a great opportunity to use your languages in an exciting and multilingual environment.
The Selection Criteria
Fluency in ALL languages required for the role applied.
The successful Customer Service Advisor must have strong communication skills, the ability to listen attentively and hear important information and the ability to capture data accurately as well as effectively multi task.
You will be keen to learn and progress and always look to improve and better your performance.
