20 Inbound Customer Services Agents Urgently Required!!

Based in Wimbeldon

Full Time and Part Time Positions available.

10 weeks Temp to Perm contract.

You will be working for an outsourced call centre, dealing with inbound calls, working on behalf of Talk Talk with the aim of converting customers from their competitors.

No experience is needed but it would be preferred. You will need a combination of sales skills and customer service skills to deal with queries, empathise with the customers and generate new business.

You will be payed of £7 per hour + commission. Average monthly commission £300!! Other incentives include prizes such as laptops, Sim free mobile handsets, cameras, ipods, PS3!

Full Time

You will be working on a rota system which will be given one week in advance, working a 5 day week, working 9 hour shifts which vary between 7.45 am and 10 pm.

Part Time

You are required to work a minimum of 15hrs per week.

Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 22:00

Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00
