******* Part Time German Customer Service ********
We are currently recruiting for Part Time German Customer Service Advisor with a working you will be working as a part of unique and dynamic team, providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound enquiries.
• Respond to members queries in a timely, polite and courteous manner.
• Display understanding and knowledge of the products and services.
• Share information with your team members.
• Handle professionally membership service enquiries, payments and any follow up issues.
• Liaise between members, team to achieve excellent communication.
• Escalate any customer complaints/issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle written correspondence, e-mail/white paper, in timely and effective manner.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Highlight ideas for continuous improvement throughout the business.
Qualification:
•Computer literate
•Strong technical and business understanding
•Working experience in a customer support function
•Internet affinity
•High motivation and strong commitment
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent command of written and spoken English
Available shifts:
• Monday-Thursday 7 am-11am+ Sat ( 8 am+ 5 pm ) + Sunday ( 9 am + 4 pm)=26h 20 min
• Monday –Friday 7 am -11 am= 20 hours
• Monday-Thursday 3 pm-7 pm + Sunday 9 am-4 pm=22,5 hours
