Job Title: Reservation Agent, French or German speaking (start 20th of October)
Skills: Good Customer service experience, fluency in French or German
Salary: c15.5K + flight concessions and benefits

The Company

A well-established, international Airline, eager to provide excellent service to its customers and to give them the perfect flight experience. They offer in depth training for all their staff and offer good work conditions in their modern and spacious offices.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Making flight reservations
- Flight rebooking
- Booking reservations for hotels and international train services
- Dealing with customer queries
- Liaison with other European offices
- Managing data on Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo systems
- Specialist handling action within the assigned Team
- Attending Training Courses / Seminars as required


The candidate

- You will have fluency in German or French and English
- Have experience in a customer service environment.
- Spanish language skills would be a bonus
- Experience in the travel industry would be advantageous but not necessary


Working hours: three shifts; 08.00 - 16.30, 08.30 - 17.00 and 10.00 - 18.30
You will be working approximately one Saturday and one Sunday in a 5-week rota.
Shift payments are given for weekends: approximately £20.00 for a Saturday and £30.00 for a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
