Japan Airlines (JAL) is one of the world's largest international

To help us continue to deliver excellence in customer service,
we are recruiting Reservation Sales Agents to work at our multi-lingual
contact centre which is located in the St Paul's area - right in the
heart of the City.

The Role:

* Responsible for dealing with incoming telephone calls,
making reservations and answering questions from passengers and travel
agencies.
* Deal with questions in a knowledgeable, professional
manner.
* Aptitude for Selling.
* Ensuring highest level of Customer Service.



The Skills required:

* Fluent in Japenese.
* Fluent in English.
* Have some customer service experience (preferably, but
not limited to) in the airline/travel agency industry.
* Basic keyboard skills.
* Flexibility to cover shifts/weekends.
