We are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Sales Administrator with fluent Italian on behalf of our client in Nottinghamshire within the soft furnishings sector.

The primary tasks are to provide full administrative support to their overseas agents, customers and distributors. This varied, fast paced vacancy includes providing customer service and quotations, order processing, handling translations as required, processing credit returns and liaising with distributors, chasing deliveries and co-ordinating visits from overseas agents and their clients.

You must have fluent Italian both written and spoken, possess excellent communication skills at all levels, be able to work in a fast paced environment using your own initiative, as well as with other team members, the export management and company directors. A good knowledge of another language is also highly desirable, although not essential.

Salary guideline: £16-18k depending upon experience, plus benefits
