Position: Sales Administrator
Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Cork

Job Profile
SA Mission Statement: To provide support to the INTERNAL SALES TEAM and aid them in administrative responsibilities and duties required to support the fulfilment of orders. The SA is expected to review activity to verify data integrity prior to sending to the INTERNAL SALES TEAM as completed project.
Main Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Interacting / teaming with Inside Sales Representatives to provide outstanding customer experience
Establishing and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with all colleagues.
Escalating to the Team Leader, Account Executive, or Manager as appropriate
Querying and managing information in Siebel, Oracle and other internal systems
Providing structured feedback on a daily basis to the team Manager on outstanding and emerging issues
Raising and actioning tickets related to order processing
Sales Operations
Manage Software License Requests
Reassign and assign orders to their correct territory
Assist with non-customer facing requests and track progress to completion
Internal research for workflow steps on new processes
Processing sales opportunities and providing leads to the Inside Sales Representatives
Team meeting set up and preparation
Account Planning/Analysis
Research Enterprise License Agreements
General Account Analysis
Data Entry for contact lists
The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the companys rapid growth.
Key Interfaces:
Internal Sales Teams
Required Skills
* Fluency in the German language essential
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously
* The ability to develop in-depth knowledge of company policies, and procedures.
* The ability to handle details of a highly critical nature
* Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, sound knowledge of English
* Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Siebel preferred
* The ability to interact professionally with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers
* 2nd European language is a distinct advantage
