Are you a multilingual professional with world class sales skills? American Express is seeking a number of Remote Account Management Specialists with language skills in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch or Swedish to grow business within a group of existing Middle Market (MM) customers. Through a consultative selling approach, you will use your business development expertise to identify and influence decision-makers in order to create profitable partnerships and deliver consultative problem-solving solutions to clients.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will expand the overall MM Corporate Card value proposition and develop an in-depth understanding of your clients markets. You will also proactively solve problems and liaise with customers and functions at all levels of the business.

Qualifications:
English language skills to a business standard are essential and we are also looking for candidates with fluency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch or Swedish
Strong Change Management skills with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Previous relationship management experience is desirable
A strong customer focus with experience in identifying business expansion opportunities
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
Strong time and productivity management
