The role

• Updating daily activity reports for all consultants via a spreadsheet and transposing new information into an in-house database
• Updating and maintaining daily job specification sheet for new positions released by our clients & new information put onto database
• Producing paperwork for contractors, and liaising with the London administration team
• Co-ordinating with managers as to what compliance needs to be obtained
• Ensuring the London office get copies (scanned / posted) of compliance documents
• Ensuring any contractor / client documentation is stored in an appropriate way
• Arranging stationery / office facilities for office
• Working with the finance team to help collate with the client & determine cost centres and purchase order numbers so that invoices can be sent
• Liaising with HR regarding system training and any documentation required for new starters
• Arranging fix forms & the respective CVs to be emailed out to the accounts dept in the London office for candidates that have started so that invoices are processed
• Filing for HR matters and office documentation
• General office admin duties
• Reporting to the country manager

The successful applicant will spend one week in London to get general admin training and become familiar with our processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent to a business-level in both English and French.
