Quality Assurance Manager

Based in Thame

£20,000 to £25,000 Basic plus benefits

Established in 1986 my client is owned by the world\'s largest marketing communications group. This corporate business operates globally and specialises in ensuring that customers are contacted in the right place, at the right time, via the most appropriate channels.

The role is managing the quality of customer services contact with leading UK Companies. The role will be to monitor the teams performance along with the team leader, provide any coaching, and deal with any major issues and train staff on any areas needed.

The Quality Assurance Manager will have successfully coached and developed staff to continually improve the quality of their service. You will be team focused as well as having excellent customer service skills. You will evaluate quality performance against team targets and react accordingly.
