Job Title: Research Manager - Employee Research
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Central London
Our client is looking for a Research Manager within Employee Research to join their rapidly growing Loyalty division at the Central London office.
WHY? (Working Environment)
Loyalty is a rapidly growing field specialising in understanding customer relationships, working with clients to nurture customers\' loyalty with a focus on improving business performance.
The unit has a large number of blue-chip national and global clients in the business, financial, technology, transport and utility sectors plus another team dedicated to employee relationship management research. The way our client\'s business is structured means the successful applicant will have a rare opportunity to work across any number of these industry sectors, whether the research is continuous or ad-hoc in nature, quantitative or qualitative, UK only or International.

WHAT? (The Role)
In a nutshell you will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and loyalty research projects on time and to specification, and to ensure that this is done in a cost-effective manner.

The role requires:
•A willingness to develop a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty research.
•Experience and/or a general interest in this field would be advantageous but not essential
•Strong quantitative research skills
•Sound experience in project management and strong organisational skills
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to others at various levels of seniority
•A will to succeed, enthusiasm and pro-activity
