Projects / Construction Lawyer

Our client seeks an Projects / Construction Lawyer at 3-4 PQE to join the practice. The focus of the role is on construction with PPP. They are looking for someone with a proven track record in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.

Background & Experience:
• At least 3 years PQE
• A superior level of familiarity with projects and construction.
• Relevant experience, preferably gained in a large or medium-sized firm, and a serious interest in developing a specialist career in this area.
• The demonstrated ability to advise on asset management and funds
• Superior negotiation interpersonal and communication skills
• A real passion and a commitment to providing clients with a superior level of service.
