Job Description

Temporary and permanent positions available to start immediately in our company based in Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland

JOB DESCRIPTION

In your role as Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing timely initial order processing and customer service. CSR’s understand and strive to fulfill Vesta’s goals and objectives, and perform in compliance with company standards.
All Customer Service Representatives work within a 24x7x365 rotation and must be fully flexible in their availability to work. We offer full time and part time posts and every effort will be made to offer flexible working hours to suit each individual. Shift premiums are payable for relevant hours worked and include Sunday and all public holidays.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Answer incoming phone calls, process customer orders and answer questions
• Knowledgeable of Vesta’s services and ability to explain services and products to customer
• Provides polite and professional service to customers
• Follows established procedures to maintain accuracy in performing job
• Ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
• Remain available at his/her workstations throughout shift, with the exception of approved break periods

QUALIFICATIONS

2nd level education or equivalent. Some customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This position also requires excellent communication skills, ability to resolve customer problems, attention to detail and data entry computer experience.

Salary

Basic salary of €18,500.00 + shift allowance
Bonus after 12 months
Opportunity to earn higher rate after successful training
Potential for promotion to CSR II, CSR III and Revenue Assurance Specialists
