The Chief Learning Officer is responsible in a defined geography (Region or GEM) for training Customers, Partners, Employees and Communities (CPEC). Champion and leader for executing CPEC audience training events. Leverages corporate infrastructure to delivery technology based learning. Enables shared geographic learning infrastructure for delivery to all audiences. Primary geography link to the Learning Services to ensure geographic training requirements are reflected in corporate programs. General manager for training activities in the geography.
