Our client ( Blackpool based) is a leading school tour organizer, which operates educational tours, activity holidays, cultural tours and ski trips for over 250000 children each year. The company operates 26 activity centers positioned in key location across UK , France and Spain.
They are looking for Ground Service Consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- making reservations for group tours , mainly for accommodation and foreign coaching,
- building solid relationship with suppliers and trading areas,
- occasional travel to other company sites and clients in UK and abroad,
- secondary responsibilities include translation of documents and linguistic assistance
Skills: The suitable candidate needs to have:
- fluency in written and verbal French and Italian/Spanish/German
- desire to deliver excellent customer service
- team player with good communication skills and negotiation skills
- work on own initiative and to prioritize workload under pressure
- good knowledge of MS package
