PKR.com is a hugely successful , online gaming company.
Our incredibly realistic, deeply immersive 3D graphics have attracted almost 2 million customers since we launched a little over two years ago and is the closest thing you will ever see to live poker!
As the business has grown so have we.
Thus we are looking to trial a brand new project which, if successful will become a permanent and key part of PKR’s success.
The project will be part of the Customer Services team to pro-actively contact players by telephone and / or email to educate our players about the success of PKR.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and capable Customer Reactivation Agents to be part of our rapidly expanding team based in Camden, North London.
Key Responsibilites:
- To pro-actively contact various customer segments by telephone and / or by email
- To fully comprehend and record detailed feedback from players about our poker product and the reasons for lapsed play
- To develop relationships with players , educate them and to spark their interest in PKR once again – you will be spending most of your day talking about poker
- Ensure more complex queries are fed back to the Customer Services team for timely resolution
- Provide regular feedback to Head of Client Services in report format
- Act as an ambassador for the company
- Update work sheets and recording results
Skills/Compentencies:
- Poker experience or interest in poker essential
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
- Strong customer service / telesales experience preferred
- Experience in working with Excel, Word and Internet
- Ability to work shifts 2pm – 10pm , including some weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Upbeat positive attitude, energetic
- Self motivated
- Confidence to speak to poker players and form positive relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits Package:
- £9 per hour plus possible performance related bonus at the end of the project

Additional information:
- This is a temporary position for 8 weeks including a 1 week training programme. There is a possibility the position will become permanent depending on the success of the project.
