Job Description
Progressive West Midlands based distributor of quality products is seeking to recruit a French speaking Export Office Manager.
Key responsibilities will cover managing and developing departmental personnel and overseeing systems/procedures to ensure efficient functionality and profitability of the Export office. You will develop and maintain good relationships with agents and existing customers, as well as developing new business opportunities with a view to increasing profitability.
This is a varied, stimulating role involving overseas visits to customers and agents, organisation of exhibitions/promotions in Europe, researching new overseas markets and setting annual budgets.
The successful candidate will have absolute fluency in French and English whilst another European language such as Spanish will be highly beneficial. You will have a proven record in departmental management, with particular emphasis on staff development, together with experience in sales retention and development.
Starting salary: £28-30,000.
