Job Description
BI LINGUAL CREDIT CONTROLLER AND CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE to work in our client’s Central London offices.
(GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES ESSENTIAL)
Basic salary is up to £24,000 per annum
Our client provides accelerated residential IT certification training courses and is the fastest growing IT training company in the UK currently – with a turnover of around £7 Million per annum this company has a refreshing entrepreneurial spirit.
The company has a strong team atmosphere and it is important therefore that you are a team player.
You will be responsible for raising invoices and receipts, chasing payments within strict deadlines and sending enrolment emails and following up with telephone calls ensuring that information has been received and understood.
You will raise and send achievement certificates and letters and chase feedback forms – it is important that you can use a database and ensure that information is regularly updated on to this system.
Required are first rate verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, a superb attention to detail with regards to reporting and administration.
You will be tenacious when working to dead lines and a motivated and out-going individual.
You will undoubtedly be a self starter with high energy levels and strong work ethics.
It is important that you are IT literate with some experience of using a customer database and accounts IT systems.
