We have a new role – Sales and Purchasing Assistant for the Customer Care Department (Korean and English speaking). Please see below for full details:
Reason for recruitment:
□ Due to an increase of Admin works in Customer Care Department
□ In order to manage Customer Care Department more efficiently & effectively
□ For more efficient & effective management between Sales & Finance Dept
Job Description:
□ Admin works : Managing Documentations such as PO, W/A, W/O and Supplier Invoices
□ Purchasing : Partially involved in purchasing from various IT suppliers
□ Supplier Mgt : Communication (Negotiation) with various suppliers
Duration:
□ Temp for 6 months – To start immediately
Skills Required:
□ Fluent in English and Korean (mandatory)
□ Good Attitude
□ Teamwork
□ Negotiation Skills
□ Creative Thinking
