TRILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT


Our client, an international organisation based in North London is urgently seeking a Trilingual German/Spanish English speaking Customer Service Assistant to join their busy customer services team. The main duties involve providing an excellent customer service to all clients and ensuring they receive the best possible level of service at all times. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers calling the help line, concerning the company's award wining portfolio of products. You will be required to deliver first class inspirational service to all clients, as well as building long term relationships. The main object of the role will be to provide confident, professional support to the client whom you will be given personal ownership to deal with all queries and follow through to resolution.
The right candidate will have the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service at all times whilst taking in-bound calls and communicating in Spanish and German with customers based across Europe.
Salary 24K
