Role
German speaking Inside Sales Executive
This role supports the overall sales growth effort by selling directly, via the telephone using your German, to end user customers and key distributors in the EMEA region. Some travel, including customer meetings. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key contacts within managed accounts using your German, Quoting terms and delivery dates for customers based on product knowledge, company forecasts and inventory, Liaising with the Marketing Team to develop marketing opportunities, through mailings, market research, cold calling, and following up trade show leads and Working with the relevant Customer Services Representative to co-ordinate and expedite order fulfilment.
Profile
·Fluent in English and German
·Telephone or field sales experience, preferably within a business to business (B2B) environment, and ideally within an account management role
·Experience of using an in-house database and MS Office packages is essential
·Strong listening, negotiation and selling skills
·Strong focus on achieving sales targets
·Strong administrative and organisational skills
·Experience of being involved in introducing new products to customers is an advantage
