Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk Support - Crawley
An exciting and dynamic Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk Support contract position has arisen within a global, 'house-hold' named company based out of a corporate head office in central Crawley.

This Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk role will suit an individual who is ambitious, motivated and has a desire to provide support at all levels.
You will provide telephone, e-mail and remote support to users within the company and be part of a very productive, structured IT Helpdesk function.
To be considered for this contract role you MUST have at least 6 months commercial Technical Helpdesk Support experience.
You will have supported Microsoft Office 2003 applications and Windows XP workstations and ideally have an understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
YOU MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO SPEAK EITHER CHINESE OR JAPANESE. Above all you MUST be an outgoing and driven individual who can work in a large corporate environment.
